"I have been a policy holder with State Farm for approx. 35 years plus. And I have never received a phone call on my cell phone from State Farm (this particular local office) stating that I call back while not providing a brief mention as to the reason for the call. This has caused undue stress and concern, especially since it was after hours and on a Friday by the time I was able to retrieve the message. I felt compelled to check my State Farm account online for any alerts and/or messages. There were none, as all the info is fine, current and up-to-date. I have not received any notifications in the mail either. So, unless this is important (as opposed to calling- perhaps- as an attempt to sell me more insurance?) may I please ask that you not do this? Thank you!"

"Melissa was extremely helpful getting my husband and I set up for Auto/Renters insurance. I expressed to her that I was new to all of this and that we had just moved to AK, and she walked me through each step. She was very kind and easy to talk to. we even shared a laugh a couple of times while still keeping it professional. I will definitely be asking for Melissa again next time I need to call State Farm. 5 stars from me!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
